The "Maria-Hilf" chapel, in its current form, was build in the early 19th century in the after-baroque style.
At the same place in the 16th century stood a shrine, which was provided later with a shingle roof. A chapel is mentioned since 1720, 1758 it received a mass license.
1988 the recent renovation of the chapel took place and the new organ (company Friedrich Heftner, Krems) was installed.
